Five pieces of work for independent veterinary clinics: the catch-up, the monthly keep, payroll, the quarterly close and the January handoff. Each has a price you can read before you sign, and each stays that price until the scope changes — in writing.

Pay by card or ACH transfer. Invoiced after the engagement is agreed in writing.
Inside the scope
A general ledger built for a retail shop will bury a clinic. Wellness plans are paid monthly but delivered all year. CareCredit pays out net of fees, days later. A relief vet is a 1099 one week and a line in payroll the next.
So the chart of accounts is recut for your revenue lines — exam, surgery, dental, pharmacy, boarding, lab — and each one reads on its own in the quarterly P&L.
We work from the PIMS you already run: Cornerstone, AVImark, ezyVet or Shepherd. We match its daily close to the bank, line against line.
Statements are read against the ledger twice, by hand, before anything is called reconciled.
The quote names the accounts, the months and the staff count. Inside that scope the price doesn’t move.
We hand over a reconciled year and a tidy folder. They file; most bill less for it.
One owner, a partnership, a few associates. That’s the only kind of clinic we learn deeply.
The close calendar
Before you ask
We stop and send a new quote. You approve it, or we finish what was agreed. The invoice never arrives larger than the page you signed.
Yes. Payroll is its own engagement: $385 to set up, then $96 a month for up to 12 staff.
Months of missing statements, more than a few accounts, or a PIMS export that has never tied to the bank. The quote names each of those before we start.
Weekdays 10am–5pm at 511 Cumberland St, Westfield, NJ 07090. Ring (732) 535-6537 first so the statements are open on the desk when you arrive.
